WOULD YOU LIKE TO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

- If you're not pleased with your order, please email [email protected], stating that you wish to return/ exchange your item. Please include your order reference number and or (CC/ reply) to the order confirmation email that was sent you, when your order was placed. 

- We only accept returns and exchanges upon approval.

- If a return/ exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for shipping the return order. All items must be returned within the allocated period with a proof of receipt/ confirmation email. We recommend that you obtain a tracking reference for your return. 

- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise original condition to be considered for a return/ exchange.

- Any item(s) mailed to us without initial approval will be returned.

- After the return order is received, we'll issue store credit or a replacement item of equal or lesser value.

-  If an order was originally sent as free delivery, please note that upon being returned, the original delivery fee will apply. Delivery fees are subjected to being deducted from the refundable/ store credit amount. Delivery fees can be found on our Help/ FAQ’s page. 

-  Wrapped by ahoufe reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
